Hi, I’m Wan-Ning Linda Lo, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over seven years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a focus on creating a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space for all clients.

As a first-generation immigrant and queer therapist, I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, combining lived experience with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and client-centered therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodiversity-informed, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I provide therapy in both English and Mandarin and offer telehealth sessions on weekday nights and Saturdays, making quality care more accessible for busy schedules. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, or healing from past experiences, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect! Reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

Superbills for out-of-network benefits may be provided upon request.

Out-of-Pocket Fees

  • 60-minute intake assessment.

  • 50-minute session for individual clients.

  • If you are not able to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

If you do not show up for your session, you will be charged a no-show fee.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. To ensure I provide the highest quality care, I have pursued additional training in LGBTQ+ affirming care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
